Parents/Guardians (Thank You)

  • πŸŽ–οΈThe Phenom-X Standard for Parents

At Phenom-X, our goal is to lead with purpose, set the standard, and drive innovation in youth athletics.

Parents play a critical role in the success of our athletes and the culture of our league. We are committed to creating an environment where your child can grow, compete, and develop both on and off the field.

    We strive to provide:

    • Clear communication and defined expectations

    • A structured and development-focused program

    • Leadership presence before, during, and after tournaments

    • A culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement

    • A safe, positive, and competitive environment for all athletes

In return, we ask parents to:

    • Support and reinforce respect toward players, coaches, officials, and other families

    • Trust the development process and coaching decisions

    • Model sportsmanship and composure

    • Communicate constructively and appropriately

When parents, coaches, and leadership are aligned, athletes receive the best possible experience.

At Phenom-X, excellence is the expectation, development is the mission, and our youth always come first.

  • Phenom X: Tolerance Policy

At Phenom X, we are fully committed to enforcing our Tolerance Rule with every parent, coach, and player. Creating a positive, respectful, and competitive environment for our youth athletes is our top priority.

    Core Principle

Derogatory, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward:

    • Players

    • Parents

    • Coaches

    • Referees

is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We understand that athletics are emotional. Competition brings out passion, intensity, and different reactions from different people. Every individual responds differently in competitive environments. Emotion is part of what makes sports great β€” but respect must always come first.

    Enforcement Structure

(Modeled after a yellow/red card system in soccer)

    First Offense – Warning
The referee will issue a formal warning to the coach or parent involved.

    Second Offense – Game Suspension
The child of the offending coach or parent will be required to miss the next scheduled game.

    Third Offense – One-Year Ban
A one-year ban from the program will be enforced.

    Important Clarification

We operate on facts and proof β€” not assumptions.

    • The referee will have the final authority in determining when an enforcement offense has occurred.

    • Any issued offense will be formally reported.

    • All incidents will be tracked and managed by the Owner of Phenom X.

Our goal is to never have to enforce this policy. However, protecting a positive, respectful environment for our youth athletes, families, and officials is non-negotiable.

We are here for the youth. Every decision will reflect that commitment.

  • We encourage open and constructive communication.

    Please share with us:

    • What we are doing well

    • Areas where we can improve

    • Ideas that help make our league better for everyone

We cannot be everywhere at once, and your eyes and ears are valuable to our continuous improvement process.

If you prefer, we will also provide a confidential option to share information should you choose not to include your name or contact information. Our goal is to ensure everyone feels comfortable providing honest and constructive feedback.

At Phenom-X, we strive for greatness β€” not just in competition, but in leadership, organization, and the environment we create for our athletes and families.

We are committed to listening, learning, and growing so we can provide the best possible experience for everyone involved.
